What is included in Free Starter?

Free Starter includes one creator collaboration, available once per brand, plus the core Nfluence workflow for discovering creators, shortlisting, sending invitations and managing campaign details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Nfluence Plus is intended to be month-to-month with no long-term contract. Subscription cancellation will be available from account settings once billing is enabled.

Does the 10% hiring fee apply to gifted collaborations?

No. The 10% hiring fee applies only when you hire a creator for a paid collaboration. It does not apply to gifted-only collaborations. When applicable, the fee is added to the total price. For example, a $500 creator fee would have a $50 hiring fee, making the total $550.

Are creator payments and products included in the plan price?

No. Creator compensation, gifted products, shipping, paid media and production costs are separate from the Nfluence platform plan.

Is the 20 GB storage allowance monthly?

No. The 20 GB allowance is brand asset storage included with Nfluence Plus; it is not a monthly storage reset.
